Auction Results of the 11th Issuance of local sovereign sukuk
The Oman Sovereign Sukuk Company SAOC, on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Finance, announced the subscription results of the 11th local sovereign sukuk issuance, with a total issuance value of OMR 120 million.
The total value of subscription applications received for the issuance amounted to approximately OMR 249.8 million.
The average accepted profit rate stood at 4.19%, while the highest accepted profit rate was 4.20% and the lowest accepted profit rate was 4.17%.
The issuance will be settled on Monday, 15 June 2026. The 11th Sukuk issuance carries a profit rate of 4.20% per annum and will mature on 15 June 2031.
