Human Resource System
The HR system has a database which contains data of all employees subject to civil service Law, from the starting date of their appointments until the end of their service. The employee is assigned to the system after the confirmation of approved budget and grade vacancies' data. If the employee is Omani, the system stores data of base salary, bonuses and pension fund deduction immediately after approval of the appointment data. The system also contains data on the employee's training and qualifications. As for the kinetic data of the employee, there is a file that contains information on allowances, deductions, promotions, transfers, end of the service and changes of job title, etc. The Information Technology Department's system issues daily / monthly / yearly reports, such as daily reports of modifications, daily movements of the employee's salary, monthly reports for salaries or annual reports to review the increments of the employees of all ministries subject to the Civil Service Act towards reviewing, auditing and taking the necessary measures for the payment of salaries.
